Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email), creator profile information you provide, content you upload (music, artwork, videos), first-party usage measurements (page views, follows, purchases), and technical data needed to operate the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. GENAFT never sees or stores your card number. Creators receive money through their own Stripe connected accounts.

To operate the platform: authentication, publishing your content, processing orders, generating your performance metrics and promotion assets, and required service communications (verification, password reset, receipts). Required service emails are separate from any optional marketing communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the private CPN industry contact database with creators or third parties. Master audio files are private and never publicly accessible — only short previews are publicly streamable where you have published them.

You can access and update your account information at any time, and request account deletion via Support. Authentication uses secure cookies; no advertising trackers are used.
